If your skull arrives damage in any way- please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will either ship you a replacement or refund for the amount of the skull. We will require photos and/or videos of the damage.
If you are not satisfied with the skull you purchased, we do have a 30 day money back guarantee. You will be responsible for shipping the skull back to us and once the skull is receieved and inspected, we will promptly refund you.
